Hi, I’m Amanda

Real estate has always been about people for me.

I founded HHSix & INDI Properties to help military-connected families make confident real estate decisions - whether it's buying your first home, navigating a PCS, or building long-term wealth through investing. My goal is to make the process more accessible, less overwhelming, and a lot more possible.

A Personal Connection
to a Bigger Purpose.

I’ve spent my career across finance, real estate development and investing, but HHSix brings that experience together with something much more personal.

Coming from a U.S. Navy family, the military-connected community has always been close to my heart. After earning my Master’s in Real Estate Development from USC and working across large-scale development projects, I began building a portfolio of my own.

Through INDI Properties, my real estate investment and advisory company, I invest in military communities nationwide, including properties near military installations that help provide housing options for military families. Along the way, I saw an opportunity to take what I’ve learned professionally and make it more accessible to the community that inspired so much of my work.

That’s why I created HHSix.
